This is still John, by the way. George and I are never far from each other’s thoughts, but we have harmonized together for a long, long, long time, and he’s perfectly happy letting me lead with my big mouth.
Now, we’re going to be popping into your field of awareness a lot more than we have been. We have lots to say to people holding down the physical plane, and we want to get as many of our thoughts into collective consciousness as we can.
We’ll be talking with everyone who picks up this book or even comes to this website and reads anything we’ve brought to Suzie’s attention. She’s our go-to gal, but we fully intend to reach everyone, and we have the personnel to do so.
The first thing we should get straight is that we are not on some distant star. We’re so close to you, Susan, that you’d feel a little strange if you were fully aware of us.

Ha ha. You only feel that because you’re more aware of the pausal point between your outer perceptions and your inner perceptions.
So, for those who read even these words, try to be aware of what is just under the surface of your physical surroundings. You can say a little prayer of protection if you like—most people do.
When you feel comfortable, try to assay the atmosphere close to your being. No one wants to scare you or freak you out. Absolutely no one in our band ever wants to take over any aspect of your life. Susan can attest to that. We offer observations at times, but only to show that everyone is companioned.
You might feel a very familiar and comfortable sense of being held ever so lightly. Just hold that feeling. Go back to your inner perceptions again and again. Get to know the feeling of being companioned in a vibration of higher Love.
This is the first step to being an adept. Some mystics have not gone beyond this step, because it isn’t really necessary to. When you feel the Love we hold you in, it raises your vibrational essence, and that is all we really need to do.
It’s so simple. Know that you are deeply loved and closely companioned.
